Our earliest relationships form a blueprint for the ways in which we relate to the world, to others, and to ourselves.
Meet Kate
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I received my Masters in Social Work, with a concentration in Mental Health from Hunter College in 2015. Since then, I have completed extensive post-graduate clinical training.
Through empathy, connection and support, I collaborate with clients to aid them in verbalizing their subjective experience and understanding their unique inner world.
I offer individual psychotherapy to adults in the Hudson Valley and virtually throughout New York State.

Therapeutic Approach
My practice is guided by Psychodynamic and Attachment Theory, and is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Behavioral approaches.
I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
